I posted this here because Oak Park was famous for it's history of passing a complete ban on handgun ownership.
They followed on the heels of the landmark handgun ban of Morton Grove Illinois in 1981, which was upheld by the Illinois Supreme Court in 1984, but later repealed in 2008.
They still hate gun owners to this day and all handguns must be locked up inside your home.
