NY hoping your troubled kids teacher can take your guns

This is insanity...so why stop with just guns? Teach the parents a real lesson and take everything the family owns including their knives, house(s), cars, bank accounts, vacation homes, IRAs etc. These f**king gun grabbers have endless illegal ideas about how to infringe on gun owners rights. The only good thing according to the article is that the NY senate has a majority of Republicans, which surprised me given what happened with the NY Safe Act, so hopefully this will go nowhere.

Sh*t like this is all the more reason why we need another originalist appointed to SCOTUS.
The PR of murdering a 95yo vet who won't abide, won't end well for them.

Fuel, meet fire...

More on that subject.

Washington State Prosecutor Seeks Expansion of Red Flag Laws

Here is the important takeaway.

"Wyatt explained that a ERPO for the 18-year-old would not allow the confiscation of the father’s guns but it would create a situation where the father could either have the 18-year-old in the house or the guns, but not both."
Does the bonded warehouse even take 18-year-olds?

If you separate criminal parents bringing their children here to steal taxpayer dollars, you're the reincarnation of Hitler but forcing law-abiding people to choose between their safety and their children is aok. Maybe we should file erpo's against all the children at the border.

First step would be filing against all of the politicians that support this crap and all of the local cops. Problem is they aren't the same as us little people. They would surely not have any problems, get their day in court BEFORE the thing was issued and likely you would be found somehow in violation of a bunch of other laws for filing false reports (Even though in MASS they gutted any penalties against someone filing a false one).
