At least 4 years and no more than 5 years.
They used to be "from day of issue" but now expire at the end of the month when you were born, thus the 4-5 year range. My current NH NR license is actually good for 4 yrs 6 months.

That's true LenS......Mine was issued in Nov. 09 and is good until Sept 2014.....
