Non-jacketed 9mm ammo for indoor range use???

Northeast Trading in Attleboro, I think it's $10 with you bringing in 50 shells. Bullseye in Warwick is about the same.
I shoot alot of reloaded ammo and most of it is dirty and smokey but it's cheap. Why spend tons of money only to put holes in paper?
