Does anyone know about the NH electrical code? My AC Panel has a 4g wire running to the copper water pipe, which is well below grade and ~35ft long. I see a ground rod outside my house as well, just behind my AC panel, with a 4g wire coming up to a clamp at the surface.
Is this stand NH code, one ground rod and the other perhaps optional to rod or pipe?
My HAM Radio copper bus bar and 5 other exterior ground rods are all bonded to the AC panel ground point with 4/6g wire, so I'm just wondering...
The AC Panel clamp points on the rod and pipe look pretty oxidized, so I might buff them with a steel brush and put some anti-oxidant Penetrox on the joints.
