The "Resident Pistol/Revolver License" was quietly changed, in a very scary way. Form DSSP85 (Rev 08/14) now asks, "Are you prohibited by federal law or regulation from possessing a firearm?", and, "Has any state or federal agency or licensing authority ever claimed that you are prohibited by law or regulation from possessing a firearm?" (Emphasis added.)

The previous form, DSSP85 (Rev 06/10) didn't contain these two questions.

There doesn't seem to be any administrative record of the change.

So if one is MA-prohibited, but not Fed-prohibited, one would have to answer yes if they move to NH and thus be denied??

NH libtards who run the once proud "Live Free or Die" State have learned from the libtards who run Ma.

Where does it say that answering "Yes" means an automatic denial?

Half the people who object to "ever claimed" are thinking about it too hard, believe that answering "no" is lying in the case where an agency might have made such a claim but you are not personally aware of it...
