New thread times out

For some reason when I try and start a new thread in the Survival Forum by clicking on New Thread, it times out and doesn't allow me to start one.
I wanted to post this:

New Surplus catalog

I just got a new catalog yesterday called Major Surplus. http://www.majorsurplusnsurvival.com/index.htm
Lots of neat stuff, kinda like Sportsman's Guide but I'm almost positive this company ships to Mass.
