Never bring a knife to an axe fight

They got involved in a "row"?....is that the escalation to a skirmish?

No, that would be a "Bloody Row."

The upside of having no guns, is that you just need longer or bigger blades to brandish, rather than handguns with poorly discerned calibers (aside from a Desert Eagle).

Seems folks fear large slices in their flesh more than tiny holes. Go figure..

in these knife fights, "there can be only one"

Then comes the quickening...

Never bring a chainsaw to a gun fight.

FARMINGTON, CT (WFSB) -
A case of road rage in Farmington culminated with a chain saw threat and the arrest of a man, according to officers.

Police said 30-year-old Michael Salafia of Newington was involved in a dispute with another driver on May 6.

It began on Route 4 and ended at the intersection with Route 10.

They said at a red light, Salafia got out of his vehicle and approached the other driver with a chainsaw in his hand.

Police said Salafia started the chainsaw and then cursed and shouted racial slurs at the other driver, whom police said was black.

The other driver then proceeded to show Salafia his legally-owned handgun in an effort to stop Salafia's advance.

Salafia left.

However, police said he accidentally cut himself, which led to a blood splatter on the victim's car.

Salafia was later identified and arrested on May 27.

Police said they charged him with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and intimidation based on bigotry or bias.

He posted his $2,500 bond.

Salafia was given a court date of June 7.

The other driver was not charged.
