Need Red Dot help

I purchased a Ruger Mark III a few months ago, put a cheapo (Wal-Mart) BSA red dot on it and have had fun ever since. I would like to upgrade the red dot. I found, on E bay, a Hakko Panorama Electro Dot Sight MK-III BED-35, suggested retail is $261.99, it is available on the web at $139to $169. E- Bay has it for around $60.00. Is any one familiar with these sights?

Greg, I believe we met at the BR&P club, out door range a while back. I'm off to Maine for a while will return October 2. Perhaps you can put an Ultra dot aside for me, will contact you when I return from the frozen north.
