MSP Swarming I90 Charlton Feb 24th ~330pm?

Driving Eastbound around the Charlton I90 MSP station today Sat 24 Feb around 330pm, I counted 11 MSP vehicles heading Westbound with lights on, 2 cars in each of 3 median turnarounds and passed a side lot with another six MSP cars staged. Was Trump or Biden in the state today? If not, what was it?
