Hi folks. The scope on my mosin PU looks almost like cosmoline is starting to run down on the top part around the rim on the inside of the glass. Its very small and doesn't have any impact on functionality but it does take away from a all matching great condition mosin PU. You probably wouldn't even notice it if you didn't now what you where looking for. My concern is that more will leak out and I would like to get this fixed a sooner or later. Does anybody have any experience breaking down PU scopes in regards to cleaning, or is it better to pay someone to do it?
