Mass. non-resident application requirements

On the Mass. non-res. application, they ask for a report from from your state's Criminal History Bureau indicating you have no criminal history in that state. As I have a current Mass. resident LTC, I would think my history is in their records. Anyone move out of Mass. lately, and apply for a non-resident license in Mass? I have everything else ready to mail when I move. Obviously, I'm not going to have any blips in NH because I don't live there yet. [?]

Call CHSB, ask for the Legal Dept, explain the situation and ask them for further direction.

If they tell you it is not needed, ask for it in writing so you can attach it to your application.
