It is good. I picked up a few things just watching it one time. The first one was excellent also.

I got the first one first week it came out, was a great resource and got some cool drills out of it. There was some talk about have Chris come up the the NE area and run a course. last I heard they still couldn't find a range to host it at, I hope it goes thru, would be awesome to actually take the course!

The first has more basic drills and info. The second is more advanced stuff. Get the first too, you wont be disappointed.
