Hypothetically, someone's primary residence and business (owner) exists in town A, a green town. Your LTC-A unrestricted is issued out of primary residence, not business.
You find house in Town B, a very unfriendly 2A town (for sake of angle argument, assume boston and any division of boston is not part of the discussion). House is incredible, great number, etc etc, moral dilemma over giving taxes to CoP who hates the constitution, etc.
Can said person apply and receive LTC in town A, registered to the business of this person, without having to worry about town B shooting his/her dog and arresting said party for nothing? Does said person have to notify town B about any of this? Will storage of all his/her toys in new place in Town B be an issue? Any little things the party involved needs to know about in order to prevent no-knock/dog execution?
What about the expiration of current license looming in a year, should said party re-apply early under the business in Town A to prevent any hiccups in Town-B?
