LOWELL -- A former Lowell man who was the victim of a massive firearms theft after 40 guns were stolen from a vault in his home is now facing charges.

Stanley Sokolowski, 57, of Harvard, is charged with manufacturing/storing explosives in his former Dublin Street home.

Lowell PD is so pathetic, anything to punish a gun owner. We have a state full of homes with natural gas pumped into them, but oh no, you can't have more than a few pounds of gun powder, oh no. Black powder is an explosive, but smokeless powder doesn't go boom it only burns, makes no sense.

Reading the links above, I'm surprised your gun rights orgs down there haven't filed suit on behalf of Lowell gun owners. Lack of challenges empowers people in power to trample Constitutional rights.
