Looking for the form for the list of firearms owned

There was a form to download on the CHSB's website. I can't find it or
the link that GOAL had. Does the state still give you a list if you pay the fee?

I don't see it either.

They charged $20 for it and it's pretty useless anyway.

You can just count on them having record of all the long form FA-10s that you have a copy of plus some dealer transactions after 1986.

If you find their list is incomplete, what were you going to do? Many are, but it is NOT our problem to update their paperwork for them. As long as you filled it out and maintain your copy, sent it in if you were the seller, etc. the rest is on them.
