local to Mass source for surplus 5.56 smokeless powder?

Yah, I wanna stock up incase bitchery gets elected :-(

I see some sources of surplus powder (RAD-78L is one of them) in the mid-west / west coast... but nothing within driving distance of CapeCod (200 miles or so)

Does anyone know of a local to Mass or new england source for surplus 5.56 powder?

ahh yah, I've shopped there a few times, great store!

but I'd like to pick up a few jugs, there's a place out west that sells 24lb jugs for a bit less than $300... but with hazmat and shipping totalling almost $70, it's not too much of a bargan anymore ;-(
