Just curious if anyone has had any experiences with the laser-max warranty dept. I sent my guide rod laser in on the 15th of Feb after talking to them. Since then I haven't heard anything back yet and have called and emailed 4 times in the last 2 weeks for an acknowledgement of receipt (even though i sent it priority and already know they got it) or just a general status update and have gotten no responses. So I'm curious if anyone has had the same results?
