i agree, a ground hog is 2X harder to kill than a porker

I had to take one out tonight, one shot to head at about 30 yards with 22. It was doing a number on the garden, I tried to get it with a Havahart trap and relocate it but woke up Sunday morning to not one but two skunks in the trap. One was an adult and the other was about 2/3 the size. Was able to release them without getting sprayed but was not going to take a chance again. Came home tonight and chuck was just leaving the garden, it stayed around long enough for me to grab the 22 and do the deed.
