At first I thought the rifle was a Tikka, who have magical frictionless bolts, but its a Sig SSG 3000. Seems I may have to get both.

Either way, this guy is impressive and solid with that rifle and his performance. Certainly a technique there.

You mean the AR? I think that is in the UK. That sig video is from Norway. So I have no idea about any of there laws over there

Not as bad as you might think. Some of these guys came to Vermont to shoot a match over Memorial day two or three years ago and I had a chance to go out to dinner with them.
