Identification of brass

I have some 40-82 brass that I can't identify. Imprinted is 40-82 @ 9 to 11 o'clock, WIN @ 1 to 3 o'clock, and a rifle logo at bottom pointing left. Anybody have a clue as to who made it?

No clue here. Could it be some "Commemorative" ammo, similar to the John Wayne fodder in .32-40?

I don't know what Bertram brass has for a headstamp, but they and Jamison are about the only current makers of this brass.
I'd think old brass would be marked 40-82 WCF...?
