I finally tried some 'limb chicken' myself

After having shot a few, I became interested and figured, why not give one a try. My family wasn't thrilled about me eating squirrel, but it wasn't that bad... tasted a lot like chicken. You just have to go about cooking 'em right.

They really are not that bad just a lot of work for a little meat. My wife eats all the other game I bring home but she will not try the squirrel. They are a lot of fun to hunt with a .410

"Kentucky Fried" squirrel is pretty good but braised or stewed in cream of mushroom soup is really good.
