Hunter Education Classes 2009?

Hi guys, I've been looking for an open Hunter Education class since October; but cant seem to find any open classes in NH/MA/ME.. (anywhere within 2 hours of Worcester and can be used to apply for a license in MA/NH/ME)..

Anyone know when another round of classes will be available? In the springtime sometime for the 2009 season?

First, any Hunter education taken in any state can be used in all 50 states as well as Canada.

Also, they will announce the classes for 2009 in Jan, Feb, March- and you should be able to find one then.

I found http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dfw/education/hed/hed_basic_listing.htm for some in January.

Also, pick up a copy of GOAL's the Outdoor Message. There isn't much listed in there this month for hunter safety training, but there are lots of phone numbers and email addresses of trainers to contact. You may want to consider joining GOAL, too if you're not already a member.
