Ok so I happen across a new/open hornady bullet comparator....minus the directions.
Ok found PDF directions on Hornady site....but they don't tell you what the numbers on the side of the bushings mean?
2 of the 6 bushings can clearly be used for the 224 bullet ?
I can measure them I guess and figure it out.
Although a "chart" would be easy. Anyone have a link to a chart?
I'm getting older and easier is better.
Thank you

The bushings that come in the standard 6 bushing set should be for 224, 243, 257, 277, 284 and 308. (At least that's what mine came with.) The first number before the dash is just which bushing in the series it is, the 2-digit number after the dash is the size. For example the #2 bushing (marked 2-22) is for .223", the #8 bushing (marked 8-30) is for .308", etc.

You can see the available sizes here if you click on the drop-down box: http://www.hornady.com/store/Lock-N-Load-bullet-comparator-insert-1-Each/
