It seems that most folks who have wanted to take a clinic this year have already taken advantage of one of the offerings at Reading, Nashua, Pelham, or elsewhere, but here's one more chance. WSA is running a high power rifle clinic on Saturday, June 24 at its range in Bedford. If you know of someone who's interested, please pass this along to him or her. Thanks!

Time: 8:30am start; we should finish by 5pm
Cost: $25 for adults, $10 for juniors
Where: WSA clubhouse, 155 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA.

Randy's good people. They put on a nice clinic at WSA.

I took a high power clinic there a number of years back. The last time I was in the range house at the 200 yard range, there was a framed target. The fellow who shot that target was my coach at the clinic -- I think his name was Brian. It is my understanding that he spent some time on the USAMU. He was an excellent coach. Rumor has it he can shoot some, too.

When I teach NRA Basic Pistol classes and am coaching student on the line, I model some of what I do based on what he did.

It'll be nice to learn how to use the M1A without a bench
(stinkin' club rules.) .
