When did the problem start?
I would recommend a detail strip clean and lube inspect carefully.

There has, been a,few self induced M1 failures recently here on NES.
I will add , how's the extractor and ejector?
I have only replaced one spring when the enbloc's wouldn't eject.
Only fails on live rounds so I don't think it's an extractor/ejection problem.
It started failing on the previous trip to the range. I thought it might need a good cleaning, so that's what I did. Broke it down, cleaned the hell out of it, inspected, lubed, and put it all back together. The chamber was also well cleaned. Back to the range; same problem.
I'm using CMP Greek bandoliers ammo already on enblocs. Tried other enblocs that I loaded myself with the same results.
I think I'll try a new recoil spring and see what happens.
S O L V E D I hope. After closer inspection, I found that all of the jam problems occurred on all en bloc's marked "SF". Hell, I didn't even know the were marked at all as the packerized coating practically makes the markings invisible. I took out other enblocs I had in a coffee can marked "L&H" and boom, not a single failure !!!! I thought all enblocs were created equal. Live and learn.
