H+10 cap mag question

Was told in a gunshop that I can not put a +10 pre-ban mag into a brand-new Post-ban (Mass) AR-15.

I thought otherwise.

I have +10'ers in my brand new 229, is it different for long-guns?

Ask the lawyer in the gun shop to show you that one in MGLs! [twisted]

Pre-ban/Post-ban guns has NOTHING to do with the MA hi-cap laws.

In both cases if the gun OR mag was made prior to 9/13/94, it is legal for a LTC (-A for handgun/rifle/shotgun, -B minimum for rifle/shotgun) holder to OWN, USE (in any gun they want), BUY, and/or SELL.
