Got a question on my form 1

Hi guys,

I sent my completed ATF Form 1 in back in Feb. I even called them before I sent it in to make sure it was completely right, and they said it was. Then they told me in June it would be ready in September.

So I get a letter today saying that it is being returned to me because: "State Permit Required". Obviously I called and the person who deals with that already went home, do you guys know wtf this means?

A good readable copy of your LTC front and back on one page. You might be able to fax it in if the examiner is cool and you can get them before they mail it back.

Do they ask for the LTC copy if you apply as a Trust? I just sent one in last month for my Trust, but I didn't include a copy of my LTC... Guess we will wait and see
