Good source for moving blankets?

I'd like to get some decent quality moving blanket (ie thick, not stinky), but after reading reviews for various sources online I'm confused as to what to buy. When I was growing up we always had some at the cottage and in the back of the car. I remember them as soft, heavy and warm. (of course this was 100 years ago)

Any recommendations?

Home Despot has moving supplies, what they offer may vary on location. U-Haul stores (larger stores) will be a good place to check.

won't be as good as what they made 100 years ago though.

I used the Harbor Freight ones a few times at the range for a ground tarp, a little padding underneath me was always welcome.

Cruise the nice neighborhoods looking for someone moving in. They will surely have professional movers (Mayflower, United, etc.) when they are mostly done and schlepping in the last few big items there will be a stack of blankets on the back of the truck.
Timing is key.
