I'm used to dealing with on-line businesses with outstanding customer service practices. I've purchased equipment from the big New York camera stores and had the merchandise literally the next day at my door. Friday I ordered some stuff from GG&G. My order has been confirmed but nothing else. I know its only monday and many businesses do not work on weekends, but I was curious and went online to check GG&G's customer service record. Apparently they have a history of very slow shipping, in some cases as long as 6 months to get a product. Now I'm nervous. Has anyone ordered from GG&G? Will it be worth the wait? I'm impatient in general when waiting for stuff, but to deal with a company that is so slow may drive me crazy.
