Generac Portable Recall

I ran mine in the garage with the door open and I’m still here.
I also fueled the genny and a trash pump many times while they were running.

It’s called having a clue.

Sure, there are places you can run them where you shouldn't according to the instructions and best practices.

But let's not forget that CO smells like nothing and essentially weighs the same as normal mixed air so it's not like it's rushing up out of the room or whatever.

I got CO poising in the army from a shit box HMMWV I was given to drive around all week in Germany. I don't wish that shit on anyone (nevermind the dead part).

CO is dangerous and things that put it out need to be under a ton of scrutiny. Because when shit goes bad no one knows till it's either too late or just about too be to late.

OMG you spilled a cup of fuel on your driveway, call the EPA!!!

Back when my backup was a portable gasoline generator, I refuels it, while running, IN THE RAIN!!! That generator still runs.
