There's a free one in Stamford, VT too. It's tempting because it's loaded with antennas. But I don't have anywhere to put it, or the antennas, and I'd surely have to hire someone to take it down. I'd rather buy the property it's on and leave it up.

I should have bought it about 10 years ago. The location isn't great, unfortunately. It would be great if it wasn't right on a main road. And it has a tower because it's in a valley.
