They were closed for a couple of weeks, I swapped emails with them about renewing my wife's permit.
Application showed up a couple of weeks ago - then we had to wait until we could get her fingerprints taken; the police departments in the area that do cards (non-electronic), weren't allowing walk in traffic...
Sent out the app a week ago, and the check's been deposited. Which confirms to me that they've got her application in hand.
Next headache is going to be my CT non-resident permit. It's up for renewal in a couple of months.
