Factory short barrel shotguns.

Anyone have a factory short barrel shotgun approved in the last 6 to 9 months? (IE a # 51689 Mossberg 590A1)

Not sure if this is still current, but as of 8/21/09, BATFE was no longer approving forms 1 or 4 for SBS's in MA.

Yes. I know of at least 1 factory sbs approval for an NFA trust approved in the last 6-9 months. The referenced discussion was resolved, as reported later in the post.
