Ever try rendered bone marrow on popcorn instead of melter butter? It doesn’t suck. I use bone marrow in just about all my braises & stews. Even in Bolognese.

I had a friend who worked in the meat dept at a local grocery store & he’d cut them for me. He retired and it’s been a while since I have been able to source them. Most places say it’s too dangerous for them to cut them that way. Have a potential line on some from my neighbor who’s a grocery store manager.Whoah.. that's next level. Are you using a bandsaw?
