It ask for reasons, I put down All Proper Purposes but, Do I need to specify what my purpose's are?

I didn't. I just put "All Proper Purposes" like they said, and mailed it off... 5 days later and it was back.

I put "Protection and All Proper Purposes" on mine.

All Lawful Purposes - that just about covers everything...lawful anyway.
