Selling my 22lr conversion kit to another forum member. Does this require any paperwork?

It's not a "firearm" by MA (or Federal, but thats not relevant WRT an
FA-10) law so no. What you're selling is not any different than say,
an AR-15 upper, which anyone can get through the mail.
