Gang, I figured I would pass this info along for anyone interested. They are basically polymer Ergogrips that this gentleman takes a soldering iron to. Nothing that one couldn't do by themselves, but sometimes folks just want to pay their money and ride the ride. I have bought these grips in the past and found them very satisfactory, and extremely grippy.
