I would not spend that kind of dough on a 10/22 ... You can build it for much much less.

I agree with build it for less. These are easy guns to work on and you don't have to buy top notch replacement parts to get good accuracy.

I was hoping for someone local to give some testimony to Kid parts, not how to save $$ on building a 10/22.

I've been through Rimfire Central - found the Kid praise on that site.
