Is there anything in place in this /billlaw that will hold any authority accountable for arresting those in "licensed" states. If not I see little change other than you will not face federal charges.
Personally I rather see congress pass a law mandating all states to follow SCJ rulings and federal laws and be found criminally accountable for violating the constitution and laws like the rest of us.
Personally I feel this is just a feel good "hey we are doing something" BS attempt.
Maybe if the federal gov passed law that reminded the states of our constitutional rights and harsh punishments for those who don't adhere to it.
We will see...my big fear is what are the Rep going to give up to the dems if this passes.
