CMP Action Pistol and Bianchi Cup

Apparently the Civilian Marksmanship Program has taken over running the Annual Bianchi Cup:

They now also have an Action Pistol Program with a combination of paper and steel targets:

'The first edition of this new rulebook is primarily based on the events that are conducted during the Bianchi Cup competition, the Practical, Barricade, Falling Plate and Moving Target events. Rules for these events will be nearly identical to what past Bianchi Cup competitors have experienced. Rules for a Speed event and a Short Course event for novice and junior competitors are also included.'
