CLEO sign off in Salem MA

thinking about building an SBR, has anyone been able to get the CLEO in Salem to sign off on the proper forms? or will i most likely have to do a trust?

Will never happen. Its a red town. They only issue a restricted license as a standard policy with almost no exceptions.

An SBR would be out of the question in a red town.
