Christmas Duty

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the guys that volunteered to take Christmas duty, so that the people with family and children could be home for Christmas.

In summary - to you guys taking the duty this week - Thank You! From me, my wife, and my boys - thank you, thank you, and thank you!

I'm sure that those who volunteer to work on Christmas day and any other holiday for that matter greatly appreciate being appreciated. As much as those with kids appreciate spending time with family. Good on ya for very nicely expressing yourself. Merry Christmas.

Even when we were married and in the service and worked together, All the holidays were just another day. I always worked double shifts on holidays so the married guys with kids could have it off.
