I'm surprised flying squirrels are on this list. Haven't seen one in the 8 years I've lived here. I thought they were pretty rare here in MA.OPEN SEASONS

Growing up in Maine I was already aware of that. Sometimes you can see them at dawn and dusk. I've seen many up in Maine at that time but not a single one since I moved here.flying squirrels are nocturnal
