Cabela's in NH

Has anyone heard what the status is on the proposed Cabel's store in NH?
It was to be in either Hookset or Bow.
The last I heard they were haggling over who would pay for the infrastructure improvements.

Last I heard they were still trying to determine who would pay for needed improvements to the area roadways. I will still be a few years off at the rate they take to build. The one being constructed in NJ near my old home took oover two years from the announcement to completion. And they are still a ways off. They said it won't be open until later in 2007.
