Cabela's in CT, Glock and AR mags

At Cabellas today. They had Bushmaster 30rd mags $29.95 and they had no date code, as compared to the Colt ones with a date of 10/08. Are the Bushmasters assumed to be pre-ban? Can I bring them home to Mass?

Same with factory Glock 17 high caps. Only marking on them was 9mm.
Can I make the same assumption.

Did you disassemble either mag to see if there was a code inside?

Nope I did not. I was just comparing outward appearance to the colt.

Where would an inside date stamp be? top bottom varies????

Glock mags are never made with any date code.

Newer mags are coming with a rectangular cutout on the front of the mag for the ambidexterous mag release. That's recent and any mag with that is clearly post-ban.
