I can buy pistols and rifles over 50 years old from out of state, shipped to me and put in my log, correct?

Do I need any paperwork or FA10 or anything?

Yes, over 50 years old, or on the C&R list.

Do I need any paperwork or FA10 or anything?

Yes, you must file a FA-10 within seven days of receipt. Check "Registration" and complete the form, leaving the "Seller" section blank.

Yes. All those classified ads that say "FA10 or direct to C+R holder" are spouting bad info. An FA10 is still needed

Yes, a FA-10 is always required.

In-state acquisition, it's the seller's responsibility.

Out-of-state acquisition, it's the buyer's responsibility.
