UPS announced an across the board increase of about 4.9% for next year, which probably means another $5 or $10 on the hazmat fee (which started out at $5).

I wonder if companies are able to negotiate the Hazmat fee? Everything in freight is negotiable, so i wouldn't be surprised if the Hazmat was also.

The large accounts will not see that 4.9%. The sales reps will tweak this and that and it'll end up 1-2% for the people with significant spend.
