BRNO mod 4

Last year I picked up a BRNO model 4 for cheap money and put it in the safe, haven't touched it since. It was made in 1958 I believe and has a full 26 or 27 inch bull barrel on it and the trigger on it is fantastic. It is set up as a single shot as the mag well has been filled with some type of filler. It's not in terrible shape but I was thinking of having it refinished (cerekote) or re-parked but before I do does anyone know if there is any value to these above being just a 22 BRNO?
