Hi Shooters!
Lots of rain the last two shooting weekends – so it’s a pretty good bet it’ll be 72 and sunny for next Sunday’s match! (keep your fingers crossed just in case!)
Lead designers Wyatt and Jerami are at it again with some awesome stages! Figure 5-6 with a classifier and a round count of 150.
It's August in RI and your last chance to drop the family off at the beach while you shoot! 1.5 miles away from our club is Blue shutters / East Beach - one of RI's best. 15 minutes away in Misquamicut beach with all the action a kid could hope for! Now's your chance to be a super dad hero and shoot like a champion!
Here's the scoop on the match:
Date: Sunday August 19th, 9 AM
Location: 299 Ross Hill RD, Charlestown, RI
USPSA Level 1 Match: 5 stages including a classifier: CM 99-62 Bang and Clang (an old favorite!)
Divisions: Limited, Limited 10, Open, Production, Revolver, Single Stack, Carry Optics & PCC
Registration & Waivers: 8:10 - 8:30 AM
Shooters Meeting: 8:35 AM
RO Walk Through: 8:40 AM
First Shots: 9 AM
Entry Fee: $25.00 and includes soda and water.
Saturday Setup 11 AM. The set up crew shoots the match for free Sunday - so come out and join the fun! We'll probably be serving burgers and dogs for lunch, run the classifier and maybe a few stages for practice.
